Has anyone gotten dealer to replace the aluminum steering box in their gladiator with lift and tires?

I have 2’ lift and 35’s on it so they are denying the work under warranty.

I have a 2020 overland and it has a little bit too much play in the wheel on the highway. I fixed this in my 2018 JL and it was night and day.

Any tips?

There's literally a TSB out for it. It's a known defective part. Provide them with a copy of the TSB or contact @JeepCares

Still figuring that out, but IT for now!
I have a 2.5" lift, 35's, with susp mods and they still swapped mine out. I did speak with them prior about this just to make sure. I'm not 100% sure why that would matter as the point of failure of the TSB is the steer box itself, not what it's attached to downstream. I'd push the issue up the chain at the dealership or go to another. Good luck!

I am going to call some other dealers. I argued pretty hard this morning and they wanted to charge me $200 to even look at it. I have 27K miles on it.

There are many threads on this exact topic and the TSB has been posted several times. the TSB states that as long as it's within specs on alignments, they will do the TSB "if the customer complains".
Jeep sells a 2" lift and dealers install it. Dealers also sell these new with 35" tires - so they can't deny it just for that.

Warn the rest of the viewers out there. Post what dealership and person it was to avoid them all together. I'd even file some complaint about them. BUt what's clear is everyone stay clear of that dealership.
