Maybe. But there are competing products out there that members have used and reported some gains on. The power and mileage claims are certainly suspect, though.

A bigger question about all tuners, as if they can do it, why doesn't the manufacturer of the vehicle incorporate these improvements? Emissions?

Another thing that is suspect is their pricing. The more you pay, the faster you go.

Makes you wonder, why not just sell the best version? Obviously it does not cost more to manufacture. Reminds me of the games cable companies play: the more you pay per month the faster your internet speed, when it is the same modem.
