Rough Country light bar and pods

Hi there, I just installed a RC tubular bumper and winch. Now comes the wiring. Has anyone ran the pod lights directly through the existing fog light plug so they work off the existing switch inside? I have also bought a Lasfit auxiliary panel to hopefully run the light bar from. A bit confused how that will pick up the light bar? Is it through one of the 3 terminals on battery? Assuming you figured this out, but you could just wire the supplied switch wire to the foglight switch output line. You have to retain the supplied relay inline to make the lights function.
