Is this for all 5, and do they still have the tire monitors in them? I’m in Richmond KY. How far is this from you?

Click on his location on the left and it brings up a map - he's on the NW side of Louisville.
Good deal even with 4, IMO. 4 tires alone over 800 at local shops.
The top pic makes it look like TPMS removed - ?
