2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport S: I swapped out my stock 4" speakers in the knee panels and sound bar to JBL Concert Series 6.5". Replacing the knee panel speakers required removal of 90% of the dash. Now everything is put back together, reconnected, and working fine...except for the satellite radio. We actually get sound when we switch to SXM but the screen only shows the little dots moving across the screen (like it is looking for a signal). It doesn't show stations or any other information (so we can't change the station). I didn't remove or disconnect anything from the radio itself and I don't remember touching anything related to the satellite radio or antenna. Any ideas why it isn't working? I did disconnect the battery (POS, NEG & grounds) but didn't loose any data (presets, etc.). Any assistance is much appreciated.

Disconnecting the battery rebooted the radio. Give it 24 hours to reset, and then it should be working again.

Bill: Sorry for the delayed response but you were exactly right. It took a couple of days but it did come back and is working fine.
