Shadow Ops being shipped with soft tops

Just a heads up...Dunno what's going on over there in Toledo, but I've been finding some perfect Shadow Ops that tick all my boxes, only to find that they've been, "Accidentally", shipped with a soft top, but the dealer is still charging the "Hard Top price". I live in the Phoenix, AZ market. If you read about the Shadow Ops package, it clearly states that the SO package INCLUDES the Body Colored 3-Piece Freedom Top. Also, interestingly enough, I've found several Mojaves with the White Cap package, even though it's not an option on the Jeep Build and Price website... WTH is going on over there? Is it a quality control issue? Maybe @JeepCares, would care to chime in on this one... I'm kinda getting really frustrated trying to find the one I want, but the dealers won't offer any discount if I custom order.

There’s something in the water….because every facit of ’people’ - we’ve lost the ability to pay attention …. and pay attention to the DETAILS.

I’m old, I get it….but holy shitballs…. I work in & around accounting (biling) and I’m the lowest on the todem pole in that department. The items I see that are missed or over looked is astounding. The amount of emails I have to send to people is astounding……. Hey dumbass, you might wanna double check your numbers, because we’re $5,000 off. Seriously…this happens all too often in this company. I’m amazed they’re still in business!!!!
