Side mirror turn signal light

installed a side mirror turn signal light to both sides . The system connects to the rear signal light . And wireless transmits the turn signal to the 2 small turn signals . Question it works while in park but when put into drive it doesn't?

It was wireless side turn signal lights . A harness was wired into the rear turn signals . It came with wire clamp that supposed to pierce the wire . Didn't work had too hardwire it in .
