For the past week or so I have been hearing a single click noise coming from the front of the vehicle when turning the steering wheel before pulling out of a parking space (stationary) and/or just as I slowly begin to move out of my space while turning wheel. It doesn't do it again during the ride, not at stops or slow turns etc. It does happen pretty much every time I get in and get ready to pull away. Looking to find out if this is nothing or a prelude to a bigger issue and need to get it looked at asap. Has anybody had this or know what it might be?
Info:
2020 Overland 10 months/7000 miles
2" Mopar & 35" Toyo Open Country (installed Nov 2020)
Dealership checked lift (bolts/alignment/etc) after about 600-700miles (Jan 21) w/no issue
Click started within past week and is not dependent on left or right turn.
No other steering issues, noises or anything out of ordinary.
Nothing unusual happened before it started.

Any Ideas?

Check your lug nuts. They may need to be torqued.

Recheck track bar bolts and retorque them. Those are the most common bolts to cause clicking while turning.

Lug nuts most likely won't cause this on turns, they would cause it regardless of what you are doing.

I had the same thing. After inspection I found the steering box bolts to be loose. I had the steering box TSB done prior and apparently they didn't get torqued correctly. Instead of driving back to the dealer I torqued them and the click went away.

My clicking seemed to go away when I had everything re-tightened/torqued, like most thought would be the cause. I just had them do it during an oil change and they didn't say if or what was loose. Looking on another site, I've seen others with the same issue. They mentioned that there were TSBs about issues like this. They linked the below, which I can't tell if it's really a TSB or not. Looks more like one that they never officially published.
