Small brackets for soft top - where do they go IF they do at all?

I purchased a soft top from a forum member and when I installed it, there are 2 small brackets that I am not sure where they go and the drawings online do not help. Can someone who's done this provide some guidance? It has a part number (which i've tried to lookup but come back with nothing matches) 6BM45TRMAA, there is also some other numbers - 3606 L2 and then >TPO.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I just put a soft top on mine. I don't remember those

I don’t remember seeing those either. Just put a soft top on a couple months ago.

No I did not. Soft top has been on for over a year and no issues.

Sounds like "problem solved!". It could be from something else that the seller assumed went with the top but couldn't remember. I'm sure if he/she was taking their vehicle apart it stands to reason that parts get mixed up.

Meanwhile someone else made a purchase from the seller and can't find those 2 brackets
