Clean off all the mill scale, make sure it is bare metal. Remove all oil, finger prints etc. I have had decent luck with rustoleum primer and I usually use their spray truckbed coating and then topcoat with whatever color. Rear bumpers hold up great, front bumpers take a beating from road...
I have a manual lock and mine did that. Part B was not fully engaged on the pivot point X. I took it off and reseated it and it has worked properly since. Might be worth a try. The lock mechanism doesn't really scream precision.

The bolts on the tailgate panels are the same size as the threads in the bed. They have the grooves already cut in them. I used one of these bolts to clean the threads when I added some tie downs.
That design also needs a lot more triangulation to function correctly as shown. If the jeep is rolled that cage is going to fold.
There are too many long spans without gussets. In the end it will stiffen the frame but should not affect the body.

I have not had any battery issues since installing my tazer. I have a Sport so I don't have the 8.4 screen but I haven't noticed any battery draw at all.
I do like the tazer. I mainly bought it for the tire size, but I found several other things I like.
I think it all depends on the dealer. I got the standard oil changes and tire rotations. 4 each. That was from FCA most likely. And from the dealer I got a 100,000 mile power train warranty and some kind of ceramic coat.
