Soft top door seal

I just put the soft top on and one of the rear doors has a gap at the top. I checked all bolts to make sure they’re seated correctly. Everything else is fine and lined up. I did not notice it for a few days until I was looking back and saw light coming through near the top of the rear passenger door. See pics of the difference on both side. Any ideas?
