Sport S Hood Bump Stops

This may turn out to be a very insignificant question and I apologize.
The bump stops, as I can tell, are too short and are not adjustable.
The passenger side of my hood rubs the body at the front, to the point of wearing the paint down to the metal.
I've run a strip of 3M clear to minimize this but it wears through that too.
Are there any replacement stops that might be adjustable or that hold the hood a little higher when closed? I have checked O"Reillys and Auto Zone to no avail. Also have checked Ace Hardware.
Of course, nothing found on Mopar site.
So, if you have an idea, I'd love to hear a possibly solution to this silly little problem...

Thanks. I'll have them look at it at the next oil change.
I think though, that all they'll have is the inadequate one that was too thin...

There's some wiggle room in mine between the stop and hood. Perhaps an o ring, fiber washer, or even a garden hose washer like this would give it just the right amount of extension.
