Hi All, picked up Rubicon springs/shocks today for my Sport S non-max tow. For context mostly trails, freeways, minor offroad(rock).
I'm running Willy's wheels/tires so a large lift isn't in the near future so I figured I would go this route.
I do however want to level it at the same time. I've read anywhere from .5 to 1.5, I know it's a bit of personal taste. I'm looking for pretty close to level or completely level and not looking to add anything to the rear.
Looking for what others have done, what size you went with and how you like it. I think Sport/willy and maybe Overland applies, Rubicon with the higher fenders I think are different.
Also if it helps, I don't really plan on adding a big bumper anytime soon, maybe the Rubicon steel bumper and skid plate. I would only be towing a trailer with a couple of motorcycles.
Also, while I'm under there, should I be doing anything else? Upgrade the steering dampener? bump stops? etc.....
Thanks!
