And I'm super frustrated with RA!

First, the good new - got the rear liners and fenders, and just got the liners back with a LineX coating on them. Really like how they came out.

But, the bad news is RA shipped me a rear fender that was seems to have been damaged when they packed it. Not major, but they damaged the powdercoating quite obviously, yet still sent it to me (drop shipped from them, not from a store). I checked it when I got the delivery, and it was not damaged in shipping - pallet, box,. packing, everything was perfect. You could only see the damage after it was unwrapped (and there was no residue in the packing material either). Looks like they just sent me one that was scratched/dropped.

Okay, not major - send me the same paint you used, I'll recoat. Or swap it out with a good one. It sucks, but it happens. However, RA won't respond or work with me to resolve it at all. They first tried to claim it was damaged during shipment, and when I showed it wasn't, they just went dark.

Been almost a month now. I have the fronts sitting in a cart too, but not doing a thing until this gets fixed.

Anyone else have a set of front fenders that work with LED DRLs? I might just bail on them entirely and find an alternative, but the only other ones similar to these are the FabFours and the styling is a bit too much for me.

That's putting it nicely! Yadda yadda yada, your Jeep who am I to judge? If anyone puts anything made by them on their Jeep, we could probably 'thin the herd' a bit. Their stuff is atrocious, but I appreciate you delicately dancing around it!

Back to your post, sucks dealing with someone/business who goes radio silent. Good luck!

Update - Road Armor finally acknowledged that they would replace the fender with a new one and would email the tracking info as soon as it went out. Then two weeks go by, no response so I follow up.

They said "oh man, sorry, we forgot to send it. We will put you in the front of the line for the next one we build and get it out to you."

Another 10 days, I finally get the info, and then the shipment arrives. On inspection, I see that they gouged the flat part of the fender in two places AND THEN JUST POWDERCOATED OVER IT.

This truck isn't a show truck or anything, and I know that it's going to get dinged up, but how can QC be this bad? Apparently they spent all their budget on marketing bragging about how great they are online instead of actually building good stuff. I've given up fighting them on it, but they won't get another dime out of me. I'm shopping elsewhere for the fronts now. If anyone has recommendations for a robust set of front fenders that work with the factory fender LEDs and won't look too dumb with RA rear fenders, let me know.
