whats the best stabilizer option with 4.5 inch lift? I notice the bds said they won’t won’t on anything with more than 2 inches of lift.

Doesnt matter. If steering geometry is correct the stabilizer is a shock to dampen impact from pot holes and what not. Only reason to change it is if the factory one is leaking or to gain clearance.

are you running stock tire sizes?
jeeps with bigger tires like 35 and 37's can benefit from non-oem stabilizers as they have more weight and a wider foot print, those conditions can amplify steering inputs from roadways and make the steering more sensitive and nervous.

it you are looking for stabilizer options just do a search, different brands and models have been discussed here ad nauseum including different ways to mount them.
