Measurements with 4.5" + lifts

I've been seeing a few 4.5" lifts that looks closer to a 6" lift, specifically in the rear. Can anyone with a NON-Rubicon / Mojave with a 4.5" or higher lift, on 37" tires, stock fenders, please post some measurements of the areas bellow:

Ground to rear area of bed
Ground to under rear fender
Ground to center of rock rails
Ground to under front fender

So are you saying if I am on 31" tires, the measurements from the center of the wheel to the fender will be the same as if I am on a 40" tire? LOL Tire size does matter. This has to be a joke right?
