I apologize if this question has been asked previously, but I don’t have the energy to read all of the posts in this thread. So, here goes…

I want graphics on the side of my Gladiator, but concerned about how the graphics will hold up using a carwash. The carwash I use is not brushless, so concerned that the brushes will just peal off the graphics I have installed.

Anyone have experience with graphics on the side of their gladiator and brush type car washes?

Don use a car wash that uses brushes. It’s just going to destroy your paint. You’d be better off, letting it destroy the decals instead of the paint.

Get stickers and wash that thing at home to take better care of it

I live down a long dirt road, so both my Jeeps and corvette get washed at one of the six locations for the drive through carwash every time we leave our property In one of the rigs. the paint on the 2014 I just sold after buying the Gladiator did not show any signs of damage after a decade of this wash regiment…nor did my wife’s black 2009 Jeep we sold in 2023 when we bought her new Jeep. so I have no issues with our local car wash. Your local bush type carwash must be brutal to be damaging paint.

My question was on user experience on how well the graphics (not a wrap, just graphics) will hold up with a brush type carwash. Seems that your local car wash will destroy paint and graphics, so not a good comparison.

I get way more damage from the brush on the sides of the trails than the brushes at the car wash.

I have had a word decal with intricate image on my hood sides for almost 5 years now......... been thru many a regular rotary brush type car wash's with zero problems. If you use a reputable decal company that uses good materials, you will have no problems.
