I have the forward facing camera so the Bolt lock would be hard to install. I got the Gen 2 Rugged Ridge locks which seem solid. They are aluminum and can be adjusted so they close smoothly but the hood can't be pushed down any more, making them more secure. Hopefully their barrel type key/lock would be harder to pick/bypass than the traditional key type.
I got the Gen 2 Rugged Ridge locks. A tight fit for the Rubicon fenders, but I think they're well made and give me some peace of mind.

A few recommendations... went from a Wrangler to a JT recently and I'm just east of Toronto, where there is crazy high vehicle theft rates and the useless government to boot.

1. Install a hood lock (The bolt or latches. I did both, just for shits and giggles. They're relatively cheap)
2. Move your horn wires behind the bumper
3. Use a Tazer or JSCAN to enable the alarm trigger on the hood opening
4. Buy a $5 12v switch off Amazon and wire it to your start button. You can even buy harnesses online that you don't have to do any cutting ( Jeep Wrangler All Models 1 Kill Switch Kit - JW² Innovations (jw2innovations.com) - This is the one I used, no affiliation. Worked great)
5. Always park in a well-lit area or locked garage at home if possible
6. Like others have said, if I'm feeling extra paranoid about where I'm leaving the vehicle. I pull the starter fuse

Other than that... just layer it up like everyone else says. The kill switch is the best bet by far in my opinion, you can't see any of the wires and hide it in a random spot. The vehicle won't go out of ACC mode until it's switched. The only way they're getting it is by finding the kill switch or towing it.
I had made and used a harness similar to above, but i had since went a step further by utilizing an aux button to powered a capacitive touch switch and eliminated the oem IG power wire completely. 3 steps to start the truck.
