Mojave stolen, moving to a JLU XR

I know the videos are a bit long to watch, but the last one I posted is crazy, the owner of the vehicle tracked it to a shipping yard, the police were onsite and told him they could do nothing. So the tags are basically a joke at this point.

With my new XR the stealership wanted to charge me $700 to add a few tags, my insurance pointed me to their installers who will charge $250... then no insurance discount and no action form the police when trackable.
