@Hootbro My left rear door makes that same rattle sound. I haven't tried to chase it yet, but in my case I have a wiring harness routed through mine from a tailpipe O2 sensor. It could well be due to that cable.

My rear passenger door just started rattling when go over speed bumps and rails tracks. It feels like it’s closed tight but the upper half is still loose enough to rattle. Haven’t gotten around to adjusting the striker to see if that fixes it. Just turned 4K miles.

The only rattles mine has ever had were my own doing - well, one was my wife's doing. She doesn't always latch that passenger visor back where it should be and it rattles and sounds like it's coming from some place else. Another time was when I had something stowed behind the rear seat - weird sound, took days to figure it out. I started experimenting and moving things around, removing things - it was a hitch pin hitting a clevis I had back there - I had padding there but it wasn't enough. Another time I just knew the sound was from the back seat until my wife rode with me and suggested I move my sunglass which were sitting on the dash. I told her no, that's not it - she insisted. Yup, that was it.

Tops, panels, seats, things you have under or behind the seats, maybe something under the seat?
I had a friend with a Chevy Luv in college. We were in automotive courses. He tried and tried to find the rattle in his truck, he even took it to a shop and they pulled door panels and checked the truck over.
One day we decided to go to a local bar for lunch - he drove. After a couple of minutes I reached under the passenger seat where I was sitting and pulled out a pop can. Problem solved.
