Ordered my Base Sport on 9/18 and it was built about a month later. But it's been over 2 weeks and it's still showing up as "I" status. Did anyone else have this happen, and what sort of timeline can I expect until I get it in at the dealer. Not really needing it for my commute or anything, but I'm trying to plan a scheduled appointment at my 4x4 shop to get a lift and some goodies installed.

Thanks!

I landed in KZOA and no one could tell me why. @JeepCares Manager even yelled at me because I didn't accept his canned answer about it being none of my business. Well after complaints and escalations went unreturned I went over their heads and found the answer I needed and got it out of the quality hold.
After finding away to the top guy I found out my Jeep failed quality inspection for front fender liners. Specifically the push pins. It took them 40 days to fix this which was ridiculous and the contact agreed and had it fixed quickly. My horror story is not the norm but the way Jeep handles something outside the norm is terrible. Frankly I'm disgusted with them. Their policy if it hasn't been 30days in a specific status they won't escalate and issue. Well after 30 days in KZOA.... I tried to escalate and they said I had to wait 10 weeks before a complaint was warranted. I'm convinced if I didn't find a way to the top guy my Jeep would still be sitting there in purgatory.

So... Good luck. Jeep sucks at anything outside the norm.

Search bar is your friend. This happened to so many people. It is normal. You most likely are not in "I" anymore. The tracking just sucks after this code. There is nothing wrong. Go search and find all of the other posts about the "I" delay.
