Superchips FlashCal+ problems

I installed the FlashCal+ on my 2021 Gladiator but then I could not get it to work at all. I contacted Superchip's support and they had me try using my Apple tablet vs the android phone I started with. The ipad worked. They could not figure out why one would work and not the other as my phone is a late model and up to date on all upgrades. However, now I have another related issue. Somehow I my fumble fingers may have touched the wrong button in the app and did a sway bar disconnect. Since I have the l have the Willys Sport I don't have a sway bar that disconnects. It's not causing any problems other than this keeps showing up on my dash display and I can't get the app to correct it. I can't find any directions for the FlashCal+ anywhere and I have tried searching for videos on the subject to no avail. Of course the search results depend on how you word things and there are multiple ways of wording things. A am still waiting on Superchips support to get back to me but so far nothing.

Does anyone have any information or that would help me or actual videos with proper instructions on using the FlashCal+? I know it is supposedly pretty simple but maybe I am doing something wrong anyway or I am just too simple to work it.

MY Flashcal + Problems.

After installing the Flashcal + I am getting a Forward Collision Warning off, a Service Forward Collision warning and an Electric Stability Control amber light. After driving a few hundred yards I lose the forward camera. After driving a half of a mile I get a Start Stop Unavailable message, a service start system system amber light and I lose the gear indication. I also lose the backup camera. I can select the rear camera manually but then it will not shut off. I have removed the Flashcal and the problem does not go away.

Disconnected both batteries for 12 hours and that helped some of the problems. When installing the negative battery cable I noticed a sizeable amperage load. Is this normal? After the reboot I now have a constant FCW off amber light, a service FCW! Amber light, and a service ACC! Warning light. The gear indications and cameras have returned to normal.

In the Flashcal+ I am unable to Reset the ABS module, the brake pedal relearn, the BCM or the anti lock. These were working previously.

Customer wanted me to download the log and send that to them but after 3 attempts it never worked. I finally took it out and sent it back. Still have FCW , ACC and ESC warnings. At least my speedometer reads correctly.
