Has anyone had any issues with the synergy trackbar? Mine (twice now) has come loose between the 2 adjustment sleeves and makes a pooping sound when wheel is slightly turned.

both times I have had to take it apart and “readjust” it. I’ve cranked down on the stop Nut but fear if I crank down anymore I’m gonna break something.

Any suggestions?

yep... Check your torque to see if it’s at the 90 ft lbs as per their directions... if it is then contact your dealer where you got it or directly to synergy and see if they have any other recommendations or possible warranty swap.

Also, I feel like Synergy doesn't make this part of the install instruction guide as prominent as it should be because after watching a bunch of Waya-Eddy-Life videos he specifically calls it out as very important. They prefer the slot in the adjuster sleeve to line up with the slot in the bar so the pinch bolt clamps everything done in unison. I have Synergy TB, Tie Rod, Sector Brace and LCA's going on my truck soon too.

Thanks,

This time I did align everything up the sleeves, so hopefully it’s the last time it happens. But just wanted to reach out and see if anyone else had the same problem

Lastly (don't quote me on this), I thought I recall that Synergy said that 100ft/lb was the max in case 90ft/lb didn't clamp it enough. Again, I can't remember where I heard or read this but I swear I'm not making it up...too much :)
