What is causing this? I was just checking my brakes and I noticed when I tried to spin the wheel it turned easily at first but then became more difficult to spin. I’ve had 2 alignment’s and both times it’s pulled to the left afterwards. I was checking to see if it had anything to do with the brakes when I found this.
