Tazer Dark Mode Not Working

Before emailing Tazer I thought Id ask here. I set one of the quick cruise buttons to activate Dark Mode. Tried it tonight and worked great, drove home and tried it again once I got there and only the center display shut off. Turned off the jeep and came back a half hour later and tried and same thing only the center display shuts off nothing else. Anyone else run into this?

First thought before grabbing the manual is did you do a full reboot after changing the setting?

Any updates? Mine does the same thing. It works perfect once.
I can completely shut down and try again and only the nav/radio screen shuts off.
I have it bound to a shortcut. Everything else works fine.

it's worked more than once for me but what it does after using it is it cancels the license plate light blanking.

I have to reboot the tazer to get the LP light blanking to work again and to me thats more important than dark car.

Please email and tell them your issue so they can work on it for the next update (that they are supposedly already working on)

I’m having the exact same issue. I received the tazer mini over the weekend. I did update the firmware to the latest before installing it in the gladiator. The behavior is the same… works once in the mapped button. After that, it only shuts off the center screen (12.3in) and center console.

Did you guys got an update on the matter?

Did you advance to the next menu item, press the “Screen Off” button, or drive over 5 mph?

Yes, engine running.
I remeber trying on the Audio Menu (I do not remember trying in other menu item, should I try?).
No press on the Screen Off.
I tried in Park, Neutral, and Drive. (Neutral an Drive with foot on brake at 0mph).
