Tazer lite and gearing ratio

I just had a re-gear done after installing the Tazer Lite last week and the shop programmed the 5.13 gears which is doing fine but I'm having issues in live function. My back up camera won't come on in reverse and I'm getting an auto stop start service light on my dashboard. What's the best way to go about this? Just remove the tazer and do without live function? I only have a sport so I only really wanted live function to disable the auto stop start but If it's gonna create that much of a issue I can live with just hitting the start stop button. I understand un marrying it will cause issues with the gears. Can it be updated without un marrying?
