I thought this would be a cool thread to start, haven’t seen anything like it on here. I figured it would be cool to share your collection of cowboy boots because objectively they are the best kind of footwear you can wear. Whether you wear them off-roading or not, post em up!
I’ll start with my small but growing collection of three pairs of boots.
My newest pair of boots is the Dan Post Mignon in Tan, it’s a really a deep brownish red boot that glows in the sun, it’s beautiful. I’ll try to get more pics of it in the sun later. It’s a really comfortable pair of boots. Since they have a traditional leather outsole I did a DIY sole protector with some rubber sheets I bought on Amazon with cement glue to secure it to the bottom of the boot,
it turned out pretty good for an amateur.
My second pair is some Ariat Mavericks in black, these also have a leather outsole so I did the same DIY sole saver on them as well. These are slightly roomier than the Dan posts, but have less cushion on the footbed. I love the look. If you can’t tell I’m a big fan of round toe with a cowboy heel.
Let’s see what you guys are rocking!
