So my skid plate I got from a Rubicon take off doesn't have the brackets I circled in red. Can you confirm if the following parts is still all I need to attach to my rubicon take off steel front bumper? Or do I need those brackets circled in red also? If so are there part numbers for them too?

When I had it on I originally only had the bottom brackets, it was solid for driving but as a legit skid id want both.

I got the parts list off another thread, you need top and bottom brackets revnuts and bolts. Be careful not to over tighten the rev’s easily stripped out, no gun!, hand only.
The ones in the picture are the top ones, I think, I’ll look.

Mine came with the top brackets and bolts. I don’t have the part #’s but they are here on another thread.

Since you have started installing your Coverking topliner, how do you like the fit and quality of the material? How much clearance/room did you have for sound deadener? I just received my topliner and getting ready to order sound deadener.

Plenty of clearance, I didn’t want to go all the way to the edge with the Killmat but I think you can, fit is really good, had to cut out some of the holes (not stamped out) and one of the emblems poorly sewn.

The material is thin/cosmetic, little or no sound &heat benefit with out it

Got a new bumper for the CJ-7, had to fill in the hole…..
