Wondering if anyone out there is using the Steersmarts ( 79040001 ) frame side steering box brace and a drag link flip as the Steersmarts lowers the bottom nut on the steering box more then the synergy brace. Probably should have gone with the Synergy brace for that little bit of extra clearance.
I am trying to figure out if the synergy trackbar will work once you raise the axle side track bar mount using the synergy trackbar relocation bracket ( 8855-01 ) which is necessary when doing the drag link flip.
The Synergy and Rock Krawler trackbars are the only ones that don't angle upwards right off the frame mount, with the Rock Krawler looking to be more flat then the synergy. I prefer the Synergy though due to the double adjuster but am not sure if there will be clearance issues with the steering box nut/Steersmarts bearing.
I am running an EVO 4.5" enforcer lift currently. And with my EVO track bar you cannot install the axle side synergy trackbar relocation bracket as the EVO track bar will come into contact with the steering box nut (Steersmarts bearing) almost immediately. Planning to go higher most likely down the road but for now sticking with the 4.5". Have 3" bump stops installed that come with the EVO kit as well.
