This morning I was out in the pines, easy roads, had the (Selec-trac) transfer case in 4Hi Auto. Came to a puddle I was unsure of, switched to regular 4Hi. Went through the puddle (maybe 14" deep, cedar water), and moments later my dash read 4Hi and 4Lo. Drove like 4Lo. Moved the lever back & forth, drove the vehicle back and forth, no change. Parked it, shut it off. Started it up 5 minutes later, it was back in 4Hi Auto. Drove home no problem, putting it back in 2Hi when I hit pavement again.
