These *look* really good. Is there a legit frame-mounted slider which is sufficiently strong to be a rock rail that looks similar on the market?

I had great experiences with my Ace Rock Sliders for my JKU. Just looked it up and they have them for the Gladiator too. Bolt on to the body mount bolts (3 each side). Just my 2 cents.

Back in the day you could buy an entire CJ fiberglas tub, doors, hood, fenders... perfect for the restoration of that roached frame you found in the trailer park across town!
And how could one forget, they were the only source of Winky The Cat. You remember those, right? Sitting on the rear parcel shelf with its menacing glowing red eyes that are supposed to increase safety but instead are nightmare fuel worse than Ralph Nader being in charge of the US auto makers. **shudder**
