So i have the roll up Twill tonneau cover...kinda a coarse, canvas-y type material.

Do i need to do anything to "protect" this? like a waterproofer, etc?

how do you keep it clean? just the usual car wash soap annd water?

the instructions were written in Lego, and had no "care" instructions

I have the factory roll up cover and maintain it the same way I did my convertible tops. I do use my car wash soap and a soft horse hair brush to clean when dirty, to protect I use rag top for fabric tops about 3 times a year since my vehicle sits outside
