The Rubicon is only available with a 4:1 transfer case, regardless of engine. The diesel for some reason only has the part time version available, while the 3.6 gives you the option of the standard part time case or the full time case.

I'd just chalk that oddity up to build website quirkiness. It seems to do weird things like that from time to time, especially when there are changes being made to packages and equipment availability.
