Valkyrie off-road? Are they legitimate???

I was looking around to replace the fender vents on the JT and I Saw Valkyrie off-road has a pair of metal ones and true working hood vents for the rubicon. So I ordered in early may. After order received order confirmation but nothing since. I have emailed, I have called, I have messaged but no response from the company.. I am ready to file a charge back with my credit card company. Has anybody ordered from them? Are they on the forum?

I'd say start the charge back now. Often that will trigger the dealer to make contact and make it right. Charge backs can impact their credit card rates (or get dropped), so they are usually motivated resolve the issue.

They finally replied to me. Apologized about long delay. One man band operation and was tied up with wife having a new baby issued refund. Said if want to reorder they would ship next week.

I am going to give it a try again.. I will keep you posted

Thanks for the update, i can get the baby bit. Charge back route sucks but it does usually get attention. Hope 2nd order goes better.
