But if you read it, and then sign it, at the very least you know how you got to where you are today.
OP is getting raked over the coals by an unscrupulous dealer. I don't think I understand what this third party shit is about, but my contract for purchase is with the dealer, my contract for finance is with the bank, and my contract for warranty is with FCA.
If any of them or I are in breach of those contracts there is a legal path to resolution. If any of them balk or resist fulfilling those contracts hire a lawyer, right away, and get it over with.
There is no way I would have subjected myself to this circus of failure for this long. When they agreed to buy it back, I would have required a check and went down the road. The dealer has comparable equipment in stock and won't deliver it? Yeah, uhh, write me a check and I'll be on my way.
