Sorry for the bump but I just put an order in for my Ozark cap today! It was the last day of their summer sale!
After a month or so, I went back to the dealer and had longer support pistons put on the side windows. My wife and I kept smacking our heads on the latches when we were camping and reaching in for things. See before and after pics:

Really like the look of these toppers but their dealer network is just too small the closest dealer was over 3 hours away. I even inquired about becoming a dealer and got no response.

I just got mine installed! Fortunately the only dealer in my state (NH) was just an hour away.

I really like the strength, functionality, and how well it matches the Jeep's body. I ordered it with the headliner, but they apparently forgot to install it. The dealer said I could get refunded for that option or wait another two months for it to be fixed/remade. The headliner was not a big deal for me, so I took it as is. But the fiberglass on the interior feels raw, like it didn't get a finish since it was supposed to be carpeted? So I will find some clear fiberglass marine coating for that.

Otherwise, I am really happy with it. I got two free options with the summer sale, including the Rhino Rack bars. I plan to get a couple of the same bars with gutter mounts for the cab so I can carry long lumber, canoe, maybe a roof tent someday with room for a cargo rack as well, etc.

I also took advantage of the Launch discount but picked up the top back in March. I must say I've been really impressed with how much weight this thing will carry but the suspension of the truck along with the center of gravity being so high makes it super sketchy.

I've added a molle rack to the interior for equipment and lighting which is super helpful. You can sort of see them in this photo:

My biggest complaint about the top itself is the lack of clearance to the cab at the roof line. My paint is shot and I need to come up with a solution.

Other than the clearance issue though, this top is amazing. Especially with two 70 pound dogs that need a place to ride!

Got any updates on how you like it? I was set on a GFC topper till I found this one with the new fiberglass process. Similar capacity and saves a grand…

Was it set too far forward? Or did cab flex jack up the paint?

A little of both I think but I also found that the seal the installer used was really thin. I replaced it with a thicker(1/2” thick) seal, shifted it back as far as possible and replaced the clamps. The aluminum clamps they used bent and weren’t as tight as they should have been.
so far, the knocking hasn’t returned but a couple good runs up in Big Bear over the holiday break should be a true test.
