We just got a 2025 High Tide Gladiator in January 2026 with 32 miles on it. Didn’t really go on any high speeds until 200 miles. Noticed at 60 - 70 mph that there was a vibration. Took it in, said it was a drive shaft. Waited 3 weeks for the part. Didn’t fix the issue. Took it back in, they said one wheel was a half ounce out of balance (they said they balanced them before). Did not fix it. Took back the same day. Stated it was the MT (BFG KM2). Went back and forth with everyone about why I should have to pay for tires when it was built that way. No one would help. Jeep Care, no help. Dealership, not really a help. So I ended up having to buy 5 AT tires. I think it may have helped but the jury is still out. I have been a loyal Jeep owner for 21 years. We have had 6 Wranglers, Liberty, Compass, and now JT. We presently have 2 JLs and the JT but yet Jeep hung me out to dry.
