On the 2023 with the Max Tow, I added the 2" leveling kit as well as the Goodyear MT 315/70R17 tires and it greatly improved. It made way more improvement than the warranty drive shaft.

It was so much better it didn't bother me. Good luck

Oh I get what you’re saying now. For my sake hopefully your hypothesis isn’t correct lol. If it is at least they did notice the vibration and already started down the path of fixing it so hopefully they can’t just throw up their hands and not correct it. That said one step at a time
I knew a guy bought a fancy Ford car once the reared came out 1 month after ownership turned out to a factory boo boo leading to reared failure.
I was gonna guess pinion bearing in rear. Or Bent driveshaft. NOW I bent another driveshaft in a old pickup I owned years ago( I was turning big HP). No warranty like you. Just took it to SR machine( our local driveshaft guru) and he cut the tube off and made who new tube out of bigger heavy schedule stuff rebalanced it. That was the freaking slickest driveshaft I ever had .

Small world, I had a 2018 F150 I got in 2020 used factory certified 18k miles (Covid chip shortage so new wasn’t a option really) rear end went out 3 times in a year, spent more time at dealer then on the road. I tried to get them to check the shaft since it was the pinion each time but they liked to point blame on me over towing. I may put 10 k on it and maybe 2k of that was pulling a ford explorer, which is about half the tow rating. I sold it to carmax got tired of the run around.

Bet my bottom dollar it was driveshaft imbalance making the pinion go out.

It is a sliding scale. If they only joined to get through that issue, less so than someone who is actually here to participate long term.
