Visor

I have a 3 month truck and the visor bracket is loose. If you take the visor down or up it moves aprox 1/8in . I dont think this is correct. The dealer i have taken it too 2 times now tell me it is ok and sends me on my way,.
is there a QC email or PH# so i can send Jeep a picture and or video of the problem

It’s a known problem. It will eventually break. There are several fixes for it, some being a piece you can find on Amazon, another being taking it out , cutting a groove at the top where it goes up in the bracket, and putting a lock ring on it. That’s what I did to both of mine, and I haven’t had any problems in a year and a half. If you wiggle it around, and manage to get to completely break, it’s covered by the warranty. If you search this forum for “broken visor, you’ll find lots of posts and fixes.
