Perusing through videos of doing an amp upgrade and every one I find has a sub upgrade as well...... Can I do the 5 channel amp install with the PAC and keep my OE sub??? I would like a little more volume and quality out of my other 8 speakers, but not sure if I can keep the OE sub with the install.

I guess if I had to, I can figure out the 4 wires (?) running into the amp and wire it parallel into the OE sub from the aftermarket amp.

Input please if you have any

Thanks

If I remember right the OE sub has 4x2 ohm voice coils. Not sure how much extra power it could handle either. If you're keeping it why not just run it off the stock amp? If you want more bass in my opinion you're better off with a normal single or dual voice coil sub that will handle way more power.
