So after receiving the first rear bumper from them damaged and without any protection on the ends. I waited for a replacement bumper. Their online video clearly says to use the included back up sensor brackets. But nothing was included.
I watched their installation video to make sure I was correct and yep that's what they say.
So I called them and the guy on the phone says we don't include them. He says page 1 of the instructions clearly says you have to order them.
So I ask him if your video says you included them I'm not going know what your instructions say until I get the bumper.
So he blames the dealer and says they should have told me. The dealer didn't make the video fishbone did and they don't tell you to reuse yours they tell you to use the included brackets.
They were complete idiots and would never recommend buying from them.
Let's see what the dealer can do.
