Glad to see these! Please check if the door lock is working properly. I am investigating this issue. If the door lock handle is deformed, I will resend it to you immediately.

Can confirm unfortunately that the handles got bent in transit. I was able to bend them into where I can use them but agree with your assessment that you may want to ship separate. I'll PM you some pictures here later.

I'm very sorry that we didn't consider it carefully during packaging. Is the door lock handle of the front door bent? Or are all the door locks deformed?
I will resend the door lock to you as soon as possible.

Some customers have reported to me that the door handles were bent after they received the goods. I am trying to locate this problem, so I made this video to show customers how to check whether the door latch is working properly.

Did delivery's today so tube doors all day, great first test. Need to adjust the bump stops a touch still but otherwise even with the bent latch handle preformed as expected. Planning to offroad soon so better pictures then.

Its handle is indeed a little shorter than the previous one, but it is just as easy to open the door. I am sending an email to each customer to count how many latches I need to send out, and it is expected to be delivered to each customer in about 10-15 days.
