Weathertech mudflaps and steps.

I’m considering adding mudflaps front and rear to my new Sahara. Ive noticed for the fronts that there are cutouts for either rock rails or steps. I have the Mopar tube steps and not the plastic steps. I’m wondering if the cutout is for a specific Mopar step or both of them?
