I'm posting this separate from the Idaho Dealership thread. We started discussing shipping from Idaho to CA, and I didn't want that thread to go off subject. I also received a few messages from members wanting this information too, so I felt a new thread was appropriate.
Kent from Peterson Auto Group recommended the following for transport:

I was able to talk to Mike last night. Really helpful guy - and he just happened to be hauling a load an hour away from where I live in the Central Valley of CA when we chatted. He can haul both open or closed. From the dealership in Idaho to the Central Valley was $800 open, $1,100 closed. $100 less for Sacremento, $100 more for LA, and extra $150 for San Diego. He can fit two Gladiators at a time.
He sent me the following pictures of his tow rig and trailers:
