I think it also varies by sales person. My first visit to Westgate was pretty disappointing. He wouldn't budge much off of sticker. Went to Capital in Garner a few days later and found one I like. They wrote up the offer for ~8% under invoice. Didn't buy that day and several days later that JT sold. Went back to Westgate and showed them the offer and they found one very similar and honored the discount.
