Being stationed in Belgium, I wanted to put a red rear fog on as I do find them useful in heavy rain and fog.

Bought a cheap kit off eBay, had it mailed to my dad stateside and he forwarded them to me (so took forever but it is what it is). The kit is far from perfect, so both lights are ever so slightly crooked on their perch 🫠 as a pretty OCD person, they drive me nuts. But it’s fine for what they’ll be doing.

Finally got to mounting the lights today and although I took longer than I should have (it’s a fairly tight space and I’m an averagely big-ish 6’ dude), they’re installed and I’ve started to run the wiring. Got it all safely tucked up and away from anything hot/moving, and currently ends right around the back of the cab. Ran out of wire today, so gotta get more tomorrow and then I can finish this project.

Going to use Aux 3 for the rear fog and Aux 4 for the spare white light.

Only two pics for now. I’ll get more and maybe do a thread tomorrow…as I couldn’t find any threads on here (or not quickly anyway) as to how to wire to the Aux switches so I had to resort to YouTube.

Should be fairly easy. The wiring is under the dash on the passenger side for inside the truck and under the hood by the battery on the passenger side for outside the truck. I have run a few things to the switches. My rear bumper LED's are run up the passenger side inside of loom up to the battery area and connected to the aux switch wiring. Easiest wiring I've ever done.

Replaced my dying OEM battery (20J23) with a WM Everstart Platinum and installed a battery disconnect bracket (from HF Apex) I found on Amazon.

No pics at the moment as it's snowing.

Dealer just replaced my aux battery under warranty. I will continue to let them replace them until the warranty runs out then I will replace them with a real battery.

Really...BB gun???? You truly are a wild man lol
Sorry about the key. I washed the fob to my last truck and it never skipped a beat. Got lucky.
