I’m digging these reverse lights. Any chance they can be wired into an auxiliary switch as well to use when parked? For camp lighting or some work in the dark.
Yes, Exactly what I did. Ran wire under the passenger side up to the auxiliary wiring and grounded at the rear. I like being able to turn them on whenever I need them.

I could always go back and make the @WILDHOBO edition if I feel so inclined. 😄

I use them for that occasionally. It works quite well. I do it for extreme tailgaters.

Pretty simple if you’re used to 12v wiring. Think of the diodes as two inputs going to one output. The inputs are the aux switch (or any switch) and the reverse circuit. The diode protects voltage from the aux switch from back flowing towards the reverse circuit when you’re not in reverse and the truck doesn’t expect voltage there. The single output goes to the lights. You only need one diode. The output from the diode goes to both lights. One input to the diode comes from the reverse circuit, which can be gotten from the oracle harness. The other input comes from your on-demand switch. Does that make sense?

The diode I linked has been the one I’ve been using since 2021. It hasn’t flinched. Granted I waterproofed all the connections extremely well with gratuitous amounts of shrink wrap and marine connectors. :)
That works as a write up lol. Ive used my pod lights in my high clearance rear bumper in my Taco for some of those various reasons also. Hence why I picked the switch cover I used for them...

Got the hinges replaced at the body shop at work, they painted the backside of the new hinges as well as the bare spots on the door, hopefully it doesn’t happen again. Then came home to some goodies..

Added the driver side molle panel from Barnes 4wd (Front and passenger side pending missing parts) and added a gator green highlight to the American Adventure Labs LBE today.

What kind of spray did you use for these and are they holding up? I like the price of these Barnes and being able to spray them a different color isn't too bad either.

I put a coat of Rustoleum black and then coated it with Mopar 5oz Spray Paint (PGV) Gator 68623585AA. It's a perfect match for the Gator Green. It's holding up very well. I wouldn't change a thing.

I installed the MP Concepts Aluminum front bumper today (well actually yesterday).

Install was as much of a PITA as I’ve read about. Watching the install video on extreme terrain’s website was very helpful though.

I painted a set of OEM tow hooks and used those instead of the provided hooks, as well as a set of OEM led fog lights.

I was hoping to get the winch installed too (Apex Badlands 12k) but ran out of time. Hopefully I can work on it early next week.
Are you happy with it? I’m about to order one.

TheTrailGeek sold me on these too when I saw his pictures. I scuffed mine used Rustoleum self etching primer then painted with Rustoleum Champagne Bronze to kind match my Method wheels. I'm very happy with the outcome. Thanks @TheTrailGeek

That looks great. Nice job! Ordered front/pass/driver side panels and plan to paint them like you and @TheTrailGeek did. Thanks for the inspiration!!

I have a question for all of you that have installed the Barnes Molle Panels.

What size Tap should I use to chase the mounting bolt hole threads? My spray-in bed liner has filled in the bolt holes.

My local Lowe's, Ace Hardware and Home Depot had every size except the one I needed. Ordered off Amazon had it 2 hrs later.
