Upgraded to a Ram tailgate damper after added about 14lbs 1/2" thick hdpe cover. No more drop it like it's hot. Lol

Finally added a tonneau cover. Bestop twill. Easy install. No flapping or noise at the moment. Looks great on a Gladiator. Paid $400. I wasn’t worried too much about security since I live in a low crime area. It really completes the look.

I added a BedRug today. I love the clean look and especially love the padded bottom, its really keeps the knees happy.

Yesterday I washed it, changed oil and put some LED bulbs in the fog lights (used the Tazer to change the LED setting)
My 3 am commute this morning confirmed they are a great upgrade!
