I have a Sport S that is essentially bone stock with a AEV Steering Damper.

I plan on eventually going to 33 inch AT tires, new shocks with no lift, and a 1.5 inch leveling kit.

What part should I consider upgrading next for smoother steering/handling? Tie Rod? Drag Link? Trackbar?

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I’m not sure it could get much better than stock for 33’s a lot of that feel is dependent upon your shocks and springs but I’d stick with a high backspace wheel to keep your scrub radius down. Unfortunately these SFA trucks aren’t really meant for handling although I noticed a lot more stability on 35s from 33s.

You didn't say if you are having issues with your current steering/handling. Was your stock steering dampener giving you issues, or did you swap it out "because"? Leveling the front by 1.5" may cause you axle to shift slightly to the driver side as has been reported by some; (https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/...leveling-kit-and-alignment.84875/post-1374256). In order to correct, you'll need an adjustable track bar. Outside of that, the stock steering linkage should handle 33's just fine.
