Wind noise at sail panel repaired.

So I removed the small sail panel at the front lower corner of both windows like others have looking for the wind noise. I put double face tape over the three holes. I could not believe the difference. 50% improved. So I made a pattern then cut a piece of copper to fit. No more plastic sail panel.....

Do you think re-installing the original piece with sealant would work?

Yes, I drove around with clear box and it was an improvement. I just did not want to put the plastic pieces back on..
